You miss my point, A@P Trader. Do some research on the people you are insulting/offending/attacking before making ludicrious statements. TLC is a stand-up guy and has done a lot (mostly through sarcasm) to keep the boards clean and the hypsters (of both flavors) in check. Jorg is also a stand-up guy -- similar comments apply. Also, use some logic. You have contended/implied several times tonight that if Anthony were posting on SI, you would not have been sued for making a simple statement on SI. I fail to make this connection. Would Anthony have pulled your post? You are responsible for your posts and companies can sue you for them if they want to -- I can't imagine that they will win if that is all you posted -- we will see. The increasing chatroom lawsuit rate is of great concern to many people, including myself. I expect that as cases are tried, that the precedents set will start to discourage SLAPP suits and encourage legitimate libel and insider complaints. Since I have been "to school" vastly longer than you, you are welcome for the lesson, newbie.
