Some interesting PMTC data as below! (M - Millions)

Shares Outstanding - 269.3 M

Trading Float - 223.5 M

3 month shares purchased - 63.3 M
3 months shares sold - 96 M

Institutional Ownership - 234.3 M - 87 % - Wow! (By 621 institutions!)
The average Institutional ownership in the software industry is 43.5 %, and the average S&P 500 institutional ownership is 64.2%.

For the last three months there was net sale of 32.7 million shares.

PMTC Gross Margin is 81.4 % (Industry Avg. is 79.3 %).

If 621 institutions got themselves locked in to PMTC and own 87 % of PMTC, why would PMTC go down to $ 8 like the Kohn guy says?
