I was also having a problem downloading 4.7 with 128 encryption. It was very slow to the point where it stopped downloading. This was around 9:30 PM ET Sept 30. I woke up or should I say the dog woke me up to be let out around 4:30 AM, October 1. I turned the computer on went to Netscape and the 4.7, 128 encryption download flew. I'm guessing that at the earlier time there were so many people trying to download the new browser that the system was bogged down. An interesting thing is that it was the 128 encryption download that was slow. I say that because I checked with a friend who downloaded the 56 encryption and it downloaded quickly. When I started downloading the 56 encryption at about 9:45 PM just to see if there was a difference it also went quickly. I didn't let it finish because I must have the 128.
