David, the merger proxy, which I don't have handy, should contain a pro forma through year-end 1998 and whatever unaudited interim quarterly financials were published by the date of the merger proxy and used as a basis for the pro forma, probably March or June. Analysts will probably begin focusing on the September quarter to look at a pro forma combined, particularly (in their myopic, short term view of things) in light of FRO's earlier announced revenue impact from LD.

In short, no. But I concur in your interest. It will be revealing to see impact of GBLX debt in context of FRO's revenues, coverage ratios, cash flows as well as any new issues in revenue recognition.
