I guess the moral of the story is that you should not
invest in a company whose CEO has a criminal history.

Also, where is the SEC ? Doesn't anyone in this agency actually read and question the crap and lies on the
filings ?

If they did, this trash would have been shut down a long time and we would have nothing to talk about here on SI.
