Interesting news, now let's see some numbers,

From the June 2 1999, Digital Gas Release,

" With the successful completion of the initial tests, Digital Gas will be granted an
exclusive 20-year technology service contract, which will include a percentage carried interest
based on the total production of each field that Digital Gas enhances. This percentage will drop
to a baseline of 10% only after Digital Gas is earning at a rate of $200 million in annual net
income. "

From today's release,

"As a result of this visit, Digital has been granted an exclusive twenty-year technology service contract, which contains every major financial objective sought by the company prior to this visit.

June 2 and Oct 1 releases seem to tie together....

I realize 200 million is not the number BUT it is one that has been kicked around before.

3 things,

1 The number is likely greater then 10 million per year net income, (worst case scene)

2 The number will grow from there to the 200 million dollar mark.

3 This thing maybe bigger then everyone thought including Digital Gas. (best case scene)

In any event I believe I am correct in saying that none of the major oil companies have ever been awarded a long term contract in China. They have have all done business on a piece meal basis but have never brought home the long term contract. I certainly stand to be corrected on this one.

and some filings,

I am willing to bet SOONER rather then later now that this contract is in place, and I am assuming you are discussing the issue of becoming a fully reporting company, cause I am.
