I learned from my attorney, today, that the previous quotation was made by the LGE/Zenith attorney. Who else would make such an assertion? I am not interested in pursuing this matter if Judge Walrath approves the LGE/Zenith bankruptcy petition. This is a matter of principle. My objectives are to expose the alleged instances of LGE and director fraud against the entire community of Zenith interests and to prevent LGE from taking 100% ownership of Zenith through an United States Bankruptcy court.
