Just don't make me watch any golf! I am mystified by golf (sorry Eric)--what is interesting about standing around on fake hills and trying to drive a little white ball into a hole in the ground? Now baseball--boys of summer--that's something else. That's geometry in motion, head games, action, suspense. Or basketball--that's beautiful. Football's another mystery, all these guys in padded suits running toward each other and falling down. So much for Saturday treatise on sports
