Kemble, you know the old story, given positive news and negative news, the press and analysts will usually pick up the negative and run with it. I guess that's just the way life is these days. Sad isn't it?...Just sent this response out to some folks: INTERVIEW-Dell wired for explosive Brazil growth NewsAlert - Story Has Dan Niles mentioned this? Has he mentioned the four to five areas of new revenue growth that DELL is also manufacturing besides the "box"? Has he mentioned annnnyyyy of the new "out of box" revenue growth concepts that DELL has been announcing the last six months? He downgrades DELL during the fourth qt...."blood will be in the streets when DELL crashes"....hits the number on the nose...and I heard that the next day (after earnings) DELL took an employee out of the company in handcuffs...(amazing to many of us on the thread that the SEC didn't investigate him)....Then he upgrades DELL AFTER the second qt. earnings are out....Reeeeallly smart isn't he? He can read numbers :O) ...so, let's figure....either he has a number handed to him so he can grandstand...or reads it after the fact.... Now once again.... with the earthquake in Taiwan he waits for the market to drag DELL down and then issues a downgrade in an attempt to pull it down further....Dan had very little to say after DELL grew at 58% following the last qt...So I asked my broker with the 2nd qt. results where "our boy Dan was"..Dan was over downgrading the semi conductor arena at the time...unavailable for comment...other than mentioning DELL would be retracing their price... :o) Dan Niles is a manipulator of the stock...He is anything but an analyst...
