quote.yahoo.com Type in BTX for the symbol. On the next screen click "news". Then, at the bottom, click "more news". There are lots of other ways, but this one should work well for you. You are correct about last year's quarter. BTX has a pattern of filing about 45 days after the end of the quarter. I believe the "regs" allow companies up 90 days, but most file sooner. 30-45 days is quite common. Hope this helps. Regards, AD
