I haven't used quotes plus but many I know have and like it. I had Reuters for about a year and they were very accurate and the downloads were much faster than what I have now (Dial Data). The problem was they hit a string for about a month where quote feed would go down due to server problems until the weee hours of the morning so it was too late for me to scan and run my stuff to get ready for the next day. Also with Reuters, they would put out bad data immediately, then scrub it as time went by so you had to delay your downloads until 10:00 Eastern time or else the data might be bad. I couldn't take any more so I switched. I do miss the faster downloads and actual DOW data instead of the theoretical I get with Dial Data but at least my data is ready when ever I want it.

Quotes plus may be better than both but I don't have any experience with them yet.

EDIT - never mind, I see you are looking for real time data not EOD. Heck ask the futures thread guys since I have seen you there. SE, Pat and Nemer, GZ or any of them are a good source of info.

Good Luck,

Lee
