company anticipates earnings from the Daimler Benz Aerospace contract,

do I anticipate the biggest earnings contribution, I would with little
hesitation say that today the varied applications of the "Forced
Diffusion" diamond technology has the edge.
The Rhombic Explorer will be very special, and will be in
operation soon as a personal search engine that will save time and
energy to those people and companies who are continuously surfing the
internet for information.
Stockreporter: With these attractive products you seem to be
promisingly positioned and to dispose of a strategic lead with regard
to competitors. Which efforts are you making at the moment in order to
make these Rhombic Corp. products even more successful and more known
worldwide? Please also explain in this context the special relations
to DASA!
Mr. Owen: At this moment Rhombic Corporation has prepaid a year's
work at the University of Missouri. Projects now underway under the
supervision of Dr. Mark Prelas, include the extraction by "Forced
Diffusion" of impurities from both silicon carbide and gallium nitride
materials; the development of doped diamond fuel cell electrodes for
the hydrogen fuel cell market; the coloring of ordinary white
diamonds; and the verification of previous n-type diamond related
results.
Rhombic's special relationship to Daimler Benz Aerospace (DASA)
is the assignment to DASA by both Rhombic and the University of
Illinois to develop and manufacture the Inertial Electrostatic
Confinement (IEC) device (neutron production by fusion) that will
result in royalties for Rhombic for years to come.
Stockreporter: Let us again come back to your newest standing
leg, the Rhombic Explorer! Herewith you are positioned in a
multimillion $ market whose potentials have not been recognized by any
means by many people. Which position do you see for Rhombic Corp. on
this market?
Mr. Owen: Rhombic Corporation anticipates that the Rhombic
Explorer will fill a niche not occupied now by any other Internet
search engine. The Rhombic Explorer is designed to occupy a position
as a new tool to compliment the exisiting array of web servers,
automate and preschedule unattended web searchers, and finally
download information into an organized knowledge base. These
advantages over other web services should move Rhombic Corporation
into the top category in the total Internet market.
Stockreporter: Recently you announced that Rhombic received the
results on "Silicon Carbide Purification". In which way these positive
results will contribute to a further growth of Rhombic Corp.? Please
also comment on the other news releases regarding the proposal to
develop quality diamond coloration and the "Fuel Cell Electrode" to be
developed!
Mr. Owen: The initial analysis of the "Silicon Carbide
Purification" project resulted in approximately 30% reduction in
pollutants in the wafer material.
If the final results further improve the quality of the SiC and
GaN wafer materials, Rhombic will be in a good position to market the
technology to the major SiC and GaN producers whose products will then
be in greater demand by industrial users.
The changing of ordinary white diamonds to blue, red, and other
interesting colors will create a brand new market without competition.
Enhancing diamond color through "Forced Diffusion" imitates the way
nature colors diamonds and other semi precious and precious stones by
introducing into those materials atoms of foreign elements such as
boron which changes white to blue.
The proposed diamond film electrode will provide the developing
hydrogen fuel cells with superior electrodes giving a considerable
improvement in the performance and longevity to the fuel cells.
Stockreporter: Before this really promising background the
present market capitalization of Rhombic Corp. seems to be unjustly
low. What are you planning in order to make known this interesting
share of your company to more investors and thus extend the investor
relations? Please also describe the current IR campaign!
Mr. Owen: We have a good feeling about the future of Rhombic's
market capitalization that is now "unjustly" low. We anticipate that
the Rhombic market will improve dramatically the moment royalty checks
arrive from DASA through the sales of IEC devices, and the new buiness
created by "Forced Diffusion" products, and the potential of the sales
of the Rhombic Explorer.
As of now Rhombic has announced contracts and agreements. The
real Rhombic market will begin with the announcement of earnings.
In the meantime, Rhombic maintains a reasonable market by phone
conversations with both old and new shareholders, and the delivery of
corporate information on request.
Stockreporter: Next year you are awaiting almost clearly
increasing revenues. How conservatively have you estimated in this
connection, resp. how surely these revenues will be realized?
Mr. Owen: The principals of Rhombic Corporation are very
conservative when expressing future revenues to the public. Income
from IEC sales, from the diamond technology, and the Rhombic Explorer
are close to being realized. Once the initial income is in the
treasury, income projections can be made with accuracy that would be
only conjecture now.
Stockreporter: Are for the current and the coming fiscal year any
other measures planned, like for example private placements, public
offerings, (stock) dividend payments etc.?
Mr. Owen: Rhombic Corporation has completed two 504 financings
designed to raise money in Canada. The company is now in the midst of
a third 504 financing, raising enough money to prepay diamond
technology development at the University of Missouri, to introduce the
Rhombic Explorer on the Internet, to patent a number of its
technologies, and to remain 100% debt free by promptly paying its
obligations.
Although Rhombic handles its own financing through the use of 504
stock, the company will consider a sizeable public offering if and
when the opportunity comes about.
Stock dividends will be considered once the income is sizeable,
and after product development is realized and ready for market.
Stockreporter: Correspondingly to the meteoric growth of your
company the management is already discussing a listing at NASDAQ or
Amex. With regard to this background you also try to be listed at a
bigger European stock exchange. What do you expect from these steps
and when may we expect the announcement of your applications?
Mr. Owen: Regarding the possibility of listing Rhombic
Corporation on any exchange other than NASDAQ, we feel it to be
premature to speculate on these advanced steps until Rhombic can
establish a consistent earnings record.
Even a full listing on NASDAQ will mean that brokers and
investors can put a pencil to the bottom line and show enough market
value to justify the move.
Rhombic initial listing objective is to elevate from the
non-reporting section of the OTC Bulletin Board to the reporting
section. We hope to accomplish this within the next several month.
Treasury funds are often transferred to the company's stateside
auditors and legal firm to accomplish this goal.
Once on the fully reporting section of the OTC, Rhombic will take
aim at a full NASDAQ listing. But, that will only take place when the
company's income justifies the move.
There are no plans at this time to be listed on a more
sophisticated exchange either domestic or foreign.
Stockreporter: Please, also explain which strategic partnerships
or investments we may expect for the nearest future! For example, do
you negotiate acquisitions which Rhombic Corp. wants to conclude?
Mr. Owen: Regarding strategic partnerships, Rhombic has Daimler
Benz Aerospace as a partner in the IEC project. It is also a
possibility that Rhombic will join with DASA in the future on another
Rhombic project. There has been interest shown by DASA.
Rhombic Corporation has recently acquired from Russian, German,
and American scientists two major technologies that will be developed
by Rhombic alone, or by joint ventures with U.S. or European partners.
Rhombic also has acquired the compact radionuclid battery
designed for satellite and space flight; and the agreement for
manufacturing dispersed composite materials (DCM). This latter
technology, also known as dust plasma, was obtained from Russian,
German, and American scientists.
The DCM plasmas can be produced as catalysts, as abrasive
wear-resistance grinding materials of high strength, and a special
application as a coating that leads to a very low cost conversion of
long lived nuclear wastes into safe stable nuclides.
Finally, Rhombic acquired from Dr. Prelas the solid state diamond
based neutron detector that will be developed as a portable detector
of weapons grade nuclear materials. This proposed device also would be
saleable to the purchases of the IEC units from DASA.
This neutron detection device will help track the IEC neutron
activity.
