Are LFT's shares of HITT locked up?

Here's an excerpt from an April news release:

RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 21, 1999--
Hitsgalore.com, Inc., (OTC BB:HITT) announced that the Life Foundation
Trust has fulfilled its obligations under the terms of the Letter of
Intent announced last week for a $10 million private placement. The
trust will be issued 2 million shares of Hitsgalore.com common stock
that the trust will hold under the terms of a lock-up agreement.

Does anybody believe that Jeanette Wilcher would restrain herself from selling these shares?

If she took money from that guy in Canada, and immediately bought a house with it, then what did she do with her HITT shares?

The trust appears to have lost focus should the lawsuit have merit.

The fundamental purpose of the Trust is to generate funds with
which to meet various charitable objectives; including the provision
of food to the hungry, clothes and shelter to the needy, education to
the unlearned and to minister to the spiritual needs of all people.
In addition, to provide financial support for the local, national
and international ministries which are based on the principles of the
Bible.

That press release's mission statement differs significantly from the one posted at their website, which states:

to provide for the support and well-being of the
beneficiaries
, and to generate funds with which to meet
various charitable objectives, including the provision of

IMO, the May press release was intentionally misleading, designed to make potential investors think LFT is a charity when they're not.
