True their is overhang there (IATV), but I am convinced the volume will be there. It may not make it through on the first or second attempt but the institutions will cause a successful mount. Company fundamentals are behind it.

The close above $15 even suprised me some in Friday's market.

IATV......Thank you for taking a look Mark.....can't tell you how many times I ignored resistance(overhead) to find that IT(overhead) is just a part of the "nature" of the market.
