Wish I knew the answers. I can only guess at this point that Russia is just not worth the trouble or expense when there are so many other places to go and Q has learned to finally take charge and the sheep will follow(taken from a very smart sheep herder,Maurquice) As far as Lwin is concerned...I can't see it being sold even with a hefty price, but that just my thoughts. A nice bidding war would be fun though.

Frank, your comment reminds me of something I've been meaning to post for awhile.

I think the upcoming earnings report will be very revealing about management's approach to the market. For quite awhile now they have been issuing press releases saying that they expect the company to "meet or beat" analysts' expectations. That leaves room for only meeting the consensus estimates. If the numbers blow away the estimates as they have in the past, I think we'll learn that management is adopting Softie's and Intel's approach of always building in room for investors' doubt.
