art, How significant is it that GI partnered with Actv (and not Gemstar) for targeted interactive advertising? This excerpt from an interview with the Gemstar CEO speaks volumes to who has the better solution/app! What are you referencing? If you knew Gemstar's CEO at all you would not draw such a conclusion. Furthermore, these two companies do not even compete. ACTV does compete with one of Gemstar's licensees, Microsoft. I would be concened about WinCE being the OS in the same box as ACTV. You know it's only a matter of time. Stew
