Chill out! I'm pretty sure that the revamping of Serbia will be much, much less harmful to the US taxpayer than Reaganomics' showcase fiasco --you guessed it: the $400+B S&L boob, that is.... Besides, ever heard of Keynesianism?? Who will be the main profiteers of the rebuilding budgets granted to Serbia? You guessed it right again: your brave white-collar nine-to-fivers employed by Bechtel, GE & Co.
