Hi Bruce. I've been looking closely at the retail sector. The BP hasn't spent much time below 30% over the last eight years and is sitting in the low 30's right now. I did a filter and sort on some good FA small caps (Value Line 1 extended) - filtering for RS in X, Above BSL and pos wkly momentum. The sort was on lowest number of weeks with pos momentum. Interestingly, the top 5 stocks were all retail!
(WJCO,CPWM,DEBS,DTG & PSUN).
