Bush is far more accomplished at governing than Bradley - who has no executive experience - or Clinton had - who ran a tiny corrupt state. Bush beat Texas Gov Ann Richards when she had a 60% approval rating. His governorship has been a great success and Bush scored the greatest re-election victory in Texas history. Clinton was thrown out of office after his first term.
