Sorry you're upset about the cookies. We'll be making a revision in the near future that addresses this issue. Using cookies allows you to do a variety of things in a fully threaded environment that are much more difficult otherwise (such as keeping track of what you've read already). Our privacy policy had been posted on the site since day one, and is included in our terms of service (linked at the bottom of the home page). It's also mailed to each user when they register. We believe we are currently complying with all of the tenets of the TRUSTe requirements. There are several enhancements to our site which we would like to have in place prior to completing our application with them. We expect the timing to be roughly 90 days.
