I am struck by how many people on this thread and other threads (GG and Yahoo-GMST) have made the same comment. Maybe also because it reflects my own feelings. Perhaps we have all underestimated the extent of the potential wall street reaction if we receive notice of a favorable settlement.

Hi Eric,

Thanks for the reply. I am thinking the same. I am looking to increase my position in GMST but am taking a bit more time to do it to give the legal issues to wind down a bit more. Both Merlin and NY Stew feel the stock will not be affected much by a GMST loss and a potentially dramatic upswing with a win. If it looks like that's the way it will be settled, I will jump in full bore.
