Like others in the EBPP field such as BillServe.Com, Interface Systems attempts to build relationships with all the bill payment engines, which includes Transpoint as well as CheckFree and potentially some big banks or bank consortiums that aren't online yet. I read INTF's big rise as a indication that online bill payment is starting to take hold. This rising tide will lift all the boats in this harbor - including Transpoint. However, so far Transpoint is a money drain on MSFT with very little so show for it while other companies can be purchased as a pure play on EBPP.
