The secondary was posted September 3, nine days AFTER the sell signal.
If you think it's attractive at current level you should buy in. I think it will be more attractive at a lower price when I get a buy signal.

Just updated the PLMD chart and there is a slight possibility in favor of a turn this week. Look for early volume as the key. I'm taking my grand daughter's class to the Fair Monday morning so will be out of pocket.
