As an effective investor you'd be better off payng attention to what company officials say than what EE or folks of similar nature.

That's how investors (in speculative stocks) lose their money.

A good recent example is the Iridium disaster.

Jmac,

Re:"As an effective investor you'd be better off payng attention to what company officials say than what EE or folks of similar nature. I'll bet you rely on Barrons, too."

Well you don't seem to learn too well do you.

Let me give you some hints:

The news about the Rambus/Camino fiasco was announced in a ......... (hint NOT by rambus or intel).

Now with your eminent brain power your choose to ignore the fact that INTEL has ANNOUNCED that RAMBUS is on INDEFINATE HOLD.

And you are fighting the statements that Samsung has stopped production - because they did not come in an official company release although a senir company VP is quoted.

Now you would have us all beleieve that Samsung is cintinuing to manufacture boatloads of Rambus memory when there is no guarantee that it can be sold. And it is doing this while there is a shortage of regular DRAM that it can be profitably producing.

Your lack of logic and common sense on this issue show how blinded you are to reality.

regards,

Kash
