Dave,

Last I knew for sure (and I don't think it has changed) All Tech charged $10 with a 200 share limit and it was for only 2 weeks. If you made any trades in excess of 200 shares, your reduced fee period ended.

MBTrading advertises two months, up to 300 shares, for $5. If you make a trade over 300 shares, you pay the normal commission for that trade, but you do not lose your discount on subsequent trades. The two months do not have to be consecutive.
