Dan, No, not really I hear lots of happy stories from Cyber/Cyber-X traders. I had a hard time getting my account transferred out of there (took >1 month), but that's water under the bridge from six months ago. They may have improved by now! I'm a big fan of MBT's because of their outstanding customer service and reliability, so I prefer them, that's all. Nothing against Cyber, and you do hear a lot of good reports from happy customers. Also, they're nice folks right up to the CEO. My reason for pulling out of Cyber was, I was using ARCA heavily at the time and they didn't have it. I hear they do now. I no longer use ARCA as much, anyway. ISLD has gotten so much better, and with the ISLD book available via Java browser it's hard to beat for lightning-quick fills.
