Fyodor,

1) We are hoping to have the 802.11a approval this November. The standard is in its final stages. ETSI BRAN is a little behind.

2) We own a patent on W-OFDM which in my belief, is the foundation of both ETSI BRAN and 802.11a. However, our patent is only a north American patent. We have no rights in Europe.

3) I do not know what you mean.
