As always, I'm less bearish on equities than you are--and less bullish on gold--but the net outflows from mutual funds bear watching. We've been in a liquidity-driven market for so long that buying expensive stocks, which tend to outperform when money is flooding into the market, has become almost second nature to me...After buying AOL I did feel compelled to add a bit of one of my cheap small caps to balance things out...
