I don't think Sun's trying to fool or manipulate anyone. I think the problem is precisely the opposite: that they're fooling themselves if they think that this approach is going to get them a lot of free labor.

Where did *that (free labor) come from? You think that this is Mozilla II (the sequel)? Sun has more on the ball than that, Qwiksand.

Anyway, the timing suggests a broader context (to do with M$ antitrust outcome). I'd like to know what the Sun legal department knows.
