gary, For financing? I had mentioned uses for future acquisitions or splits. CSCO would never do a secondary offering to raise cash, imo. I still believe that once these large tech companies use a certain number of authorized shares (better than 50%), it is wise to get approval for additional shares in the event of favorable market conditions for a split or available prized acquisitions. Do you agree?

I wish I could here CSCO CFO on this one. Does anyone remember those 10 billion LU raised last year? NOw I see LU financing sales of their equipment all over the place. Brazil is a case in point.
