Oh yes Rule 903 regarding Reg S disclosure has been violated. ZSUN's predecessor company raised money via a private placment document that said and I quote: 1997 Initial Public Offering. It was not such thing, ZSUN came public via a shell reverse merger.

As well, take a look at ZSUN's website "audited" financials and the ones recently filed the filed with the SEC. Particularly the cash flow statements, they differ massively from each other. (see my four posts outlining this about four days ago for some specifics). Any yet these guys appear to think that they will get an Nasdaq listing. Incredible!
