Hi Raymond:

I agree completely with your answer. This is a topic that
wireless_wonk, WTC and several others on the Last Mile
Thread covered exhaustively. Basically, the unlicensed
nature of the spectrum leads to overcrowding. The
capital expenditures for starting a broadband wireless
service are significant. Depending on unlicensed spectrum
to generate a return on this investment is extremely
risky.
