Dear Barry:

I got out of my gold position on the third day of the rally. Praise God. It looks like it was a short squeeze and the squeeze is coming to a close. I cannot even imagine how many margin calls went out. Those Chicago boys are a mean lean bunch. There will be plenty of time to get back in. At this point my next entry point is 290.00. What do you think .?

I,m all cash right now. My money market yield the last three months has gone like 4.78%, 4.85%,up to current 5.05 %. I'm not complaining, you might see the mm yield go to 5.25%; not bad for a safe money market federal yield, while almost everything else is tanking. When I move it will be decisively, REIT, utilities, long bonds, high yield bonds will all bring in annual yields in the 12% range the next 24 months......and more.
