Re QCharts: FWIW, I never used their Level-2 service because at the time I was shopping-around they didn't include OTC/BB data in their L-2 feed. Maybe they do now, you'd need to check.

But I DID try their regular real-time data-feed for a couple of weeks (on a "paid-trial" basis), and the experience was absolutely terrible. I liked some of the layouts and features, but at that time (end of July, I think) they were having terrible data-feed problems and the real-time quotes for BB/OTC were completely unreliable (I don't just mean "spotty" -- the system was actually providing ERRONEOUS quotes, sometimes 100% or more off-target when I compared it to two other quote-services I was also testing at the time).

They claimed the fault was a server-problem, which they kept promising to fix within a day or two. But after the situation kept recurring over the course of 10 days - -making the service virtually un-usable -- I finally gave up and demanded a refund (which I'm still waiting for...). In addition to the problem itself, their "customer service" was a joke because it was nearly impossible to get a response form them either by phone or e-mail.

Just one person's experience of course -- maybe they've improved since then, but I haven't bothered to find out since I'm now VERY satisfied with MyTrack's data-service (including L-2)...
