Hi CyberRock; Good insight and interpretation! I believe that the big buy orders that have lined up(www.ase.ca),as well as the price firming today, is telling us that investors are beginning to realize the significance of the great drill results of Flat Bay #1. "...significant oil shows over 100 meters....live oil in the drilling fluid....extensive flourescence in the drill cuttings indicative of an oil-bearing formation...etc. etc...."....are just some of the salient points that point to the potential for a commercial oil discovery. I believe the market is telling us as well that Vulcan will have little difficulty of either attracting a JV partner or raising money to continue with further deep drilling of the St. Georges Arch structure. Smart investors always move well in front of the herd.
