Your above concerns have been with me for the past 2+ years.

Yeah, I come late to the table on Gemstar, I know you have probably chewed every concern I have to death over on the Gemstar thread.

I had several "old-timers" on the Q thread inform me that "of course" they knew that Q was going to win the Ericson suit a year ago, and that it was poor judgement by me not to know this and invest earlier.

I just know what a variable a lawsuit can be. Look at all of our discussion about softy, and we still are all guessing. If I was going to pull money out of Q and put it in Gemstar, as Uncle Frank has, I would want to see the lawsuit settled first.

When I set at the table and call, I like to have a "Full House" or better!

There will still be lots of time to get rich left!
