I would agree that one should consider these three things when investing in a company. You just see them differently than those of us who are long GUMM. Another difference between you and those who are long is that we have enough conviction to put our money on the line. The fact that you aren't short says something about your lack of confidence in your own analysis. Oh I forgot, you are just waiting for an opportune time to short the stock...for the past six months.
