And take into account that Intel is suing for patent infringement in VIA's PC-133 solution, so Intel may feel it has the rights to it anyway, if that makes sense.

Yes, this VIA Apollo situation is intriguing.

<LOL> That would be hilarious... Intel starts second sourcing the VIA chipset - how would they deal with the inevitable question during a cross in their lawsuit against VIA? We're getting into some great TV script material here.
