I never thought I would see the day that I was in sync with Joe G and Henry B -- on the same day no less. I thought earnings season would come before any drop. But you say something that I wonder about. <Money has been pouring into money market funds all spring and summer> What is happening now? I see money leaving the US. Where is all this money you see coming into the market? The dolar reflects money flows. The trade deficit shows the openning of grand canyon in the flow of funds. The net ran up, peaked and now is just churning IPOs in a speculative wave. And the Japanese are turning to gold as the central banks decide to get stop leasing gold to prevent a real supply crisis (they may have already waited too long). I don't know about you, but I think we are an important turning point. Good luck to you, and thanks for the post.
