Hi Dave,

I can't tell you how much it grates to have to paraphrase a "..demoncrat..", but.....

"....Ask, what YOU can do for your company...."!!

Grab the yellow pages, and call every (a) stock peddler, and (b) art outfit (school/gallery/museum/individual), you can reach using a local-call..!!

Tell (a) you want to be able to use your ePINpad to send money to them, and refer them to e-connect.cc

Tell (b) about econnectauction.com and
theartauction.com websites and invite them all to join and participate. This should be exceptionally important to "..starving artists.." who may be really good - but as yet are unknown..!!

Anything any stockholder does to help advance the company simply increases the value of their own holdings more quickly.

I would also suggest that you record the time, date, and with whom you spoke - and forward a once-a-month list (..NOT by-the-contact PLEASE...) to me using a SI:PM.

If your contact(s) enter(s) into significant, fruitful discussions with the company - some form of recognition will be addressed.

This matter has been discussed between Tom and I, but the details have not been nailed down. The concept of finder's-fees is nothing new in any business, and typically such matters are results driven. As you may have seen, "..go-getters.." do get noticed around here.

As one might presume, the sale of a low priced painting by a starving-artist on the art auction probably wouldn't cover the postage for a thank you card; but you will know you have helped.

Bringing in a gallery, with several "Masters" paintings, would probably get you a prompt phone call from the Boss. Everything is relative to the price of peanut butter, aye..!!

If there is ever a conflict, Tom will be the "Ref" (decision final) since we are obviously pursuing every possible means of growing the company internally, and we obviously target the "decision makers" at various HQs globally.

In the interim, just look at it from the point of "..who else has ever given you an OTC/bb: shares dividend.."!?!, and consider the proposition....

"....Ask, what YOU can do for your company...."!!

John :-)

ps: those "..antiquing..", "..arty.." and "..garden party.." do-jigs that your sweetie has been dragging you to, for who knows how long, may finally have a point, Dude! :-)
