Based on my weekly analysis of ML's 8 stock Holiday Basket, Buy-rated AMZN is ranked #7 in terms of upside potential (-3%) and #2 in terms of performance (+34.2%). Typically, a stock with negative upside potential is rated Neutral at best. More details: restex.com

My point (and I guess it wasn't made very well) was simply that if analysts' thoughts were so unique or useful, we would have a better system than the current one in which most published research is underwritten by investment banks. Edit: in any case, I have now spent more time thinking about Henry than I ever wanted to...interesting site, btw...
