MB and X Relationship with ARCA?

MB and X both use So West Securities as their Clearing Firm. I believe SWS has some ownership in the ARCA ECN.

MB doesn't charge extra for ARCA, nor does Executioner (both are clearing through SWS... I wonder if there is any connection to ARCA)

MB Trading and The Executioner are both branch offices of Terra Nova, which is also the firm behind ARCA and the Archipelago ECN.
