I would suggest taking a look at ERNL.Canadian otc. They have been at their low now for the last 2 months. A blitz of promotion along with the reconstruction of their web site is about to begin. They appeal to the youth of the UK. They hit .26 cents as a high back in May and I feel it's about to start another run again. Lot's of potential.
