I have a number of brokerages, one of whom is ETRADE. Power etrade is good (imo) only for easy in and easy out trades that you desire a stop loss on. You cannot put stops on L2 companies. I use them for the trade I intend to hold overnight or longer with a set buy price and sell price. I would never attempt a daytrade on power, especially since the order screen itself may or may not be working correctly when you place your trade.
Good luck in your choice.
