Iteresting guess Janice. I was reviewing many oil production companies and none of their financial reports indicated that they were covering promissory notes for production. I did note that promissory notes are written by insurance companies. It is possible that a promissory note can be underwritten for nearly anything. Someone for instance (hypothetically) lease oil reserves and sell promissory notes on future production. They would be selling a portion of future production. Today I did see companies selling promissory notes for planned endeavors. They were related to the company rather than strict production.

Very confusing stuff. It should have be outlined in specifics by HITT as the statements are made to enhance the LFT/HITT deal.

AVOIDING FRAUD
The instances of fraud are increasing in Wyoming and across the nation. Scams are becoming more complex and the chances of victims ever recoverying monies paid into a scam are slim. To protect your money, it is very important to invest carefully and avoid frauds in the first place!

WESCON, a gold mining scam from Las Vegas, Nevada, sold interests in alleged gold bearing ore deposits. The location of these deposits was in a desert valley outside of Las Vegas. The promoters in this case purchased mining equipment and moved it to the site. Investors were invited to tour the mine site. They saw machines processing piles of supposedly gold bearing ore. To make the deal more attractive the promoters let the investors increase their investment by paying just 10% down and signing a promissory note.Investors paid thousands for what amounted to driveway gravel!

I don't mean to imply that LFT sold such notes under such circumstances. I have no idea. I am simply attempting to learn more about the notes to which LFT refers. ANY HELP?
