Gerald, You paint a reasonable optimistic reason for the apparent retrenchment of the Western&Halliburton JVs. The only question I still have is it seems like the "payback" should be done on most those Jonah wells,so UP should be receiving some positive cashflow. I think in fact they are as I think they reported net earnings on the last quarter. Anyway, I agree that it would be real helpful to us to know what's going on from UP,but as you say, this isn't a priority right now. Thanks, TM
