I did not say there was no corruption in the United States government, Blue, nor was I defending and/or dismissing it. I took issue only with your statement that the government was "incredibly" corrupt. And my point was that it was not "incredible" by world standards. Remember, that world includes Africa, Asia, and Latin America, where corruption in many countries is at least as bad as in the countries of the former Soviet Union.
