George Gilder has commented about how TV will become part of the computer and not visa versa, citing endavors such as WebTV by MSFT as ill-fated. Could you speak for a moment how GMST is prepared for a computer where we have a TV playing in the background...will we need their IPG for that scenario

Either way Gemstar is well positioned. The Window's OS is licensed in all upgrades post Win95. You will need a turner card to activate. The last I have heard is that about 2% of Win98 users have upgraded with a tuner card. That being said, I will be six feet under before Gilder's vision becomes reality if it ever does.
