The 3 months was just my own time frame and probably not a very good one. I am hoping something comes together before December with the Clavo Rico deal.

I am of course all for additional deals being brought in, i'd just like to see a deal closed and before December would be excellent.

Is there any information / technical data on that project you can share with us at this time?

That should allow them to go after other properties at that point.

Which properties are you referring to.
