Ike, i fear initials are all Henry Blodgett and i have in common(G), though i do have to admit that i have more respect for Blodgett than some of the other internet "analysts", mainly due to the fact that his stance, while often bullish, is usually accompanied by some caution...he never suggested investors go overboard on these stocks, and listening to him speak, he doesn't strike me as a dummy. sure, he is subject to the same conflicts of interest other analysts face, what with the investment banking business. still, he's one of the more level-headed guys.

i fully agree that it's a reasonable move to hedge with calls here...after all, the ST cycle low has held so far, in spite of all the negative news. i'm almost certain they will try to rally the market on the back of the FOMC. the question is : will it hold? currently i think not...but who knows really. WS, according to ex-chancellor Schmidt, is run by psychopaths after all...<GGG>
